SOLID VUE

SolidVue was founded in November 2020 as a leading Korean Fabless company specializing in LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) sensor chips. Co-founded by professors from the Department of Semiconductor Systems Engineering at Sungkyunkwan University, it is also Korea’s only company dedicated to LiDAR sensor IC design. The company develops solid-state LiDAR sensor technologies based on CMOS processes, with core technologies including ToF (Time of Flight) and SPAD (Single-Photon Avalanche Diode). SolidVue is committed to commercializing compact, low-power, and high-performance LiDAR chips for applications in autonomous driving, robotics, and other advanced industries. Its high-resolution single-chip LiDAR sensor IC “SL-2.2” received the CES 2025 Innovation Award in the Smart Cities category and has established partnerships with overseas LiDAR system companies, marine navigation companies, and autonomous driving enterprises.
