Zhongguancun Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei New Energy VehicleCollaborative Development Promotion Association

The Promotion Association is a hub-type platform organization established on October 31, 2024, with the joint support of development and reform, economic (industrial and information technology), and science and technology departments in Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei. It is dedicated to accelerating the formation of a world-class intelligent connected new energy vehicle industrial cluster in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, thereby promoting the integrated development of advanced manufacturing sectors such as robotics and energy supply chains. Focusing on the coordinated development of the automotive industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, the Association has systematically carried out work in think tank-industry research, industrial chain construction, innovation implementation, and ecosystem services, with three trillion-yuan-scale industrial directions: cultivating a world-class intelligent connected new energy vehicle industrial cluster, driving the integrated development of embodied intelligent robotics and new energy supply chains, and other advanced manufacturing sectors. The Association comprises a Secretariat, an Innovation Center, and a high-end think tank, while also hosting the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Intelligent Connected New Energy Vehicle Innovation Center, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Automotive Industry Chain Joint Investment Promotion Center, the Advanced Manufacturing Alliance Secretariat, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Robotics Industry Chain Working Committee.
