Wuhan Optics Valley Haribit Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Haribit), a wholly-owned subsidiary of HARIBIT Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd, was established in September 2024 in Wuhan, within the Optics Valley High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. As a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the humanoid robot industry, Haribit focuses on the in-house research and development of core components, key modules, and full product lines of humanoid robots. The company has deeply expanded its applications in diverse sectors, including urban security, public safety, specialized environments, firefighting and disaster relief, as well as healthcare and wellness. Haribit has successfully brought humanoid robots and their components, along with derivative products, into practical use. Relying on the Huahui of Science and Technology, we have been deeply involved in the underlying algorithms and core components of robots for more than 20 years. We have not only led two national key research and development plans, but also achieved independent research and localization of core components such as motors and reducers. We have also made revolutionary breakthroughs in areas such as high explosive and high torque integrated joints. Guanggu Huahui is based on the innovative soil of Hubei's humanoid robot industry, focusing on the research and development of core components, complete machines, and the landing of multi scenario applications. It has made rapid breakthroughs in special environments, public safety, and other fields, deeply integrating the innovation genes of its parent company with local industrial needs, and promoting the extension and landing of humanoid robot technology in more specific application scenarios
