BEIJING NAURA MICRO-ELECTRONICS CO.,LTD. is a holding subsidiary of NAURA Technology Group. Originally founded in 1957 as State-owned Factory No. 798, it is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a national-level specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative (SRDI) "Little Giant" enterprise. The company has built a product portfolio spanning five chip categories — point-of-load power supplies, analog signal chain, memory, processors, and photonic chips — along with three module categories: power modules, System-in-Package (SiP) modules, and optical modules.
