Founded in 1999, TOREAD Group became one of the first enterprises to successfully list on China's Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) in 2009, with the stock code: 300005. In 2009, TOREAD signed a cooperation agreement to become the "designated product supplier for China's Arctic and Antarctic Expedition Teams" and has been safeguarding China's polar exploration cause for 17 consecutive years. Since 2016, it has supported China's aerospace industry, providing protection for astronauts on board the Shenzhou-12 to Shenzhou-23 missions during their space voyages. In 2019, it established a strategic cooperation with the Tibet Mountaineering Team of China to promote the in-depth development of China's mountaineering and outdoor sports; in 2020, it provided full support for the successful completion of the Everest Elevation Survey.
