The Forum of World Robot Conference has long focused on cutting-edge academic insights, emerging technology trends, and innovative applications in robotics. Over the years, it has attracted more than 2,000 top experts and entrepreneurs from 27 countries to share the latest findings in robotics field as well as the industry. The Main Forum has brought together Turing Award winners, leaders of international organizations, and esteemed experts and entrepreneurs around the world to present new ideas, solutions, and perspectives on robotics.

The Main Forum and more than 20 Thematic Forums of WRC 2025 will center on three key themes in robotics: industry development, technological innovation, and ecosystem building. Participants will address how to strengthen international cooperation, drive industrial growth, expand real-world applications, accelerate technological integration, and improve the robotics ecosystem development.

As concurrent events of the World Robot Conference, the thematic forums and supporting activities have always adhered to the concepts of openness, development, innovation, cooperation and integration. They aim to promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation among governments, international organizations, universities, scientific research institutions, industry associations, professional think tanks, investment and financing institutions, enterprises and public institutions, etc. From a global perspective, the themes of the forums are deepened in relation to the industrial ecosystem. The organizers publicly solicit undertaking units from all sectors of society, with the goal of creating high-quality forums and branded conferences, and forming a series of achievements.

The themes of the previous thematic forums and supporting activities have covered nearly 30 subdivided directions in four major fields, namely international cooperation, technological innovation, scenario applications, and ecological construction. They have gathered nearly a hundred new technologies and applications related to new technologies such as humanoid robots, embodied intelligence, and large language models. They have also witnessed the release of new scenarios and products of robots in agriculture, healthcare, construction, energy, education, low-altitude economy, landscape gardening and other fields. Every year, more than 300 guests, including domestic and foreign academicians in the field of robotics, top experts, and senior executives of world-leading enterprises, attend the events in full force and deliver professional and authoritative keynote reports. More than 2,000 attendees come to participate in industry exchanges. All parties work in full cooperation to amplify the "voice of the WRC".

The WRC Symposium on Advanced Robotics and Automation (WRC SARA) is scheduled to be held in Beiing in August,2025 during 2025 World Robot Conference (WRC). It is an international symposium focusing on all areas related to roboticsand automation. Over its precious six sessions since 2018, all accepted and presented papers have been included in lEEE Xplore® and El indexed. This year marks the 7* session of WRC SARA, which will be held by Chinese Institute of Electronics and technicallysponsored by lEEE Robotics and Automation Society. At the time of the new-round technological revolution and industrialreform, WRC SARA 2025 begins to call for papers in related fields worldwide from today. The program committee willreview submitted papers, select and award “Best Conference Paper” and “Best Student Paper.
