Registration Fees

* Notes:

1.Please check the email you registered in the PaperPlaza system for the symposium registration mail, and register based on your IEEE membership status.

2.For authors registering with RMB, please click and visit the payment website or scan the QR code below to finish the process, by bank transfer, please remit to our bank account.

3.For authors registering with USD, please remit fees to our USD bank account. Once done, please send a copy of your wire transfer, and your Registration Information to wrcsara@163.com no later than 31 July, 2024 (pacific time).

4.One full registration (i.e. student registrations are NOT full registrations) covers a maximum of two accepted papers by the same registered author. A student registration (applies to both IEEE Student Members and Non-Member Student) covers only one accepted paper.

SARA Conference registered author rights are as follows:

(1) Attend the full schedule of SARA Academic Conference on August 23.

(2) You can participate in all the main forums and supporting activities of the conference from August 22 to 24 as an audience, and the Organizing committee will provide lunch from August 22 to 24.

(3) You can visit all fairs and competitions from August 22 to 25 as a professional audience.

(4) After successful registration, you will receive a prompt SMS and email. Please enter with a valid ID card. Please take the manual channel with passport, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan pass.
