马清海，正高级经济师，

现任SMC投资管理有限公司、SMC自动化有限公司总经理，中国机械工程学会理事和教育培训专家；北京市职业技术教育学会机电技术应用专业委员会理事；浙江大学隐形冠军国际研究中心企业委员；日本产业训练协会MTP、 TWI授证讲师。

作为SMC中国早期的创业者，他参与并主持了在北京一个研发中心、四个现代化制造工厂的建立。近年他重新规划SMC中国亚太地区事业蓝图，重组SMC中国营销体制，全面推进SMC BCP(Business Continuity Plan)计划、SDGS事业、节能&CO2消减事业，打造了一个百亿级的高端装备和核心零部件配套企业。

As an early pioneer management of SMC China, he has participated in and has promoted the establishment of a Technical Center and Four modern manufacturing plants of SMC China in Beijing. In recent years, he has wholly planned SMC China’s business in the Asia Pacific region, has reorganized the marketing system of SMC China, and has comprehensively advanced SMC China’s SDGs and CO2 reduction business, making SMC as a 10-billion enterprise supporting for high-end equipment and key components.
